Rates

The villa is available on weekly terms, commencing 4pm Saturday and ending 10am Saturday

Peak season 2,750 euro - July, August, September

Mid season 2,250 euro - June, October, December

Low season 1,750 euro - all other times

Weekend and short break bookings are possible except in Mid and Low season

Conditions

No pets are permitted and no smoking inside the property

Cleaning included at end of each week - more frequently at extra cost

All linen, duvets, pillows and towels included except beach towels

Reservation deposit of 25% payable at time of booking

Balance of rental payable 8 weeks before arrival

Security deposit of 500 euro payable with balance of rental (returnable after visit)
